Inspiration strikes!!!

I'm thinking i really want to have a horror and sci fi themed ska/punk/funk band...those are the three types of music that really get me going...so it would make sense to go that way. A conglomeration of the three...It would bring a new dynamic to that scene too...cause if you ask me save about 5 bands that scene is already getting really really old. I want to add hints of surf into it too...but thats just cause i love surf everything.

Oh and i'm finally well...got that nasty strep throat out of my system...my right ear is working correctly again too. I think the infection might have been in that ear way before it actually hit my throat. Just in time too...cuase tomarrow i'm off to Indianapolis to see Blitzkid and DEDI which is gonna rock ass. Though i have been noticing i need to hit a show thats not death rock soon or i'm gonna go fucking insane. I need to do some good ol dancing...I'm thinking maybe some Jazz fusion or ska or something.

Freak Spacely *of the guild navigators* was over the other day and we were shooting the shit. He mentioned that he wants to get some studio time and do some offical recordings of some old Guild Navigators material and write some new. SO i guess this means the Navigators...yet again...aren't dead. Man if...and its a big if...we do get shit rolling again i really hope we can find at least a drummer. A keyboardist and some horns would be very nice again. Our old keybaordist is really really getting an ego. He's playing with alot of bigger names in progressive rock and space rock. Like one of the lead guys from the famous band Gong *big in europe*. Plus there was that whole opening for Nik Turner on a couple dates. I guess he has a little reason to have a big head but Doug never has handled this stuff well so we will never be able to live with him now. LOL Anyway Chris said he wants me on the recordings and if i'm on the recordings and we practice that much i'm definitally gonna play live. Just random thoughts all round...i'll go jam with Chris and see what comes of that.

I have no idea whats up with Ficus...Drew has a lazy streak and Beef is working ALL the time! It really sucks ass...i want to get some shit going with those guys cause it will be super fun.
